Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy

1. Plugin Licensing

GB Plugins’s products are licensed under the GNU General Public License (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.

2. Warranty

Plugins developed and sold by GB Plugins are done so with the best intent that they will be useful for the purpose in which they were created, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; even without the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Our plugins are guaranteed to function on a clean WordPress install, barring the minimum, stable, and required version of WordPress. For some of our plugins, you will need to use a forms plugin, for this, you can use one or more of the specified forms plugins in our documentation, at their latest versions. The variety of plugins is limitless, we do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes, CRM systems, or browsers of any kind (except the form plugins at their latest versions specified in our documentation that are necessary for their functionality). 

We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software (except the number of form plugins at their latest versions specified in our documentation).

We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using our plugins. We may provide support at our discretion if conflicts occur with third-party software. 

Furthermore, we will not be liable and will not be held responsible for any personal loss, site/s damage, site/s errors, theft, fraud, loss of profits or revenue, loss of business or opportunities, or loss of customers or clients as a result of installing or using our plugins.

3. Support

GB Plugins distributes and sells Plugins “AS IS” and with no direct or implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components, plugins, and CRM systems (except the number of forms plugins at their latest versions specified in the plugins documentation that are necessary to some plugins functionality).
GB Plugins will not be responsible and won’t be accountable for any Data lost.

Support for our plugins will be available, only for those active and paid licenses.
Support and updates are available for one year after the purchase date and are based on the type of license you have purchased. A license is purchased for a specific website/domain or several specific websites/domains – support will be available for those websites/domains only. After one year, the purchaser must renew their license to continue receiving support and updates for the websites/domains specified. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided as long as the subscription remains active. 

Support and updates for our plugins are provided as long as the plugins are actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, GB Plugins, will no longer be responsible for providing support:

  • The plugin is no longer actively developed as a viable product, We reserve the right to stop the development of any product at any time we see fit. 
  • WordPress is no longer actively developed.

We attempt to provide the best support possible for our plugins and all their customers, however, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

4. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal and Refund Policy:

GB Plugins is sold as an automatically recurring subscription that renews each year on the anniversary of the purchase date. This applies to all types of licenses available.

This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the annual license term unless the purchaser cancels their subscription before the automatic renewal date.

Please note the following details of our license subscriptions:

  1. Subscription renewals are automatically processed annually on the anniversary of your original purchase. The license renewal will continue to remain valid for a year unless the subscription is canceled before the renewal date.
  2. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Information about cancellation methods is on “Your Account” page on the GB Plugins website.
    • If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for the plugin when your license expires. GB Plugins will not be responsible and won’t be accountable for any Data lost.
  3. The renewal price will be the full plugin price as published at the time of initial purchase, (exclusive of any discounts) and will remain so as long as you don’t cancel your subscription.
    • If you choose to cancel your subscription, and your renewal price is lower than the current listed price for your license, the lower renewal price will no longer be available to you.
    • If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been canceled and your license has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for your license. We cannot apply older pricing to your new renewal purchase.
  4. We will send you an email 4 weeks before your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
  5. We offer refunds to unsatisfied customers up to fourteen (14) days after the purchase/automatic renewal. If you want your money back, please email us at info@gb-plugins.com with a description of your problem and request a refund.
  6. If you choose to cancel your subscription your license will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase, and you will no longer receive updates and support for our plugins.
  7. If you request a refund, your subscription will be canceled. Your license will immediately expire, and you will no longer receive updates and support for our plugins.

5. How your license can be used

All licenses at GB Plugins are non-transferable. The license is for internal use only. In cases of the multiple license package, the license owner may not give, sell, distribute or sublet the license key to any third party (such as clients) for commercial benefit. GB Plugins will extend support services to the original customer/license-owner with a legitimate license key, and consider any other uses of this license key for support queries as fraud.

6. Automatic Updates

Only License owners, with a valid subscription and a valid license key will receive automatic Updates. Automatic updates will be available as long as the license is active.

7. Purchase and delivery

Purchase is available on GB Plugins website “gb-plugins.com”. After the payment is processed successfully, the customer will receive an email with all the purchase details including the License key and an option to download the plugin. The license key and plugin downloads will also be available on your Account page. You can download the plugin by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the plugin and clicking on the appropriate link.
Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us via email info@gb-plugins.com to request any purchase information.
The download option will be available for as long as your license key is valid. If the license key expires, you will be able to regain access by renewing your license.

8. Ownership

All Plugins and Content are property of GB Plugins. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is prohibited.
Our products are provided “AS IS” without warranty, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our products.

9. Content

All content found on this site and throughout the plugin including images, documentation and, any other information is property of GB Plugins and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.

11. Refund Policy and Price Changes

GB Plugins reserves the right to change the pricing for one or all of its products, without prior notice or consent.

We believe in our products, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone at all times. If you would like to request a refund, please email us at info@gb-plugins.com with the title “Refund Request”. When requesting a refund, please make sure, you meet the following refund policy conditions:
Eligibility conditions for a refund request:

  1. You are within the first 14 days of the original purchase of the plugin.
    We cannot grant refunds after the first 14 days of the original purchase.
  2. We cannot grant refunds after your renewal is processed.  We will send you an email 4 weeks before your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
  3. Your reason for requesting a refund is one of the following:
    • You have purchased the plugin/subscription, and after installing and testing the plugin, have found that it will not work for your business or required setup.
    • You have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes the system unusable. We may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve the plugin in the future.
    • If your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the plugin properly or get the plugin to perform its basic functions, we will happily consider your refund request.
    • You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the plugin will not work for you.
  • Please note, technical issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
  • You will be required to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site in case a refund is granted.

4. Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing plugin(s) from our site gb-plugins.com, you agree to our refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you got your refund.

12. Email and license Agreement

GB Plugins, may send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to any of our products updates, promotions, add-ons and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third party. You may opt out of these emails at any time.
By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
